Delivery Policy

Returns Policy :

There is no return policy , order once placed and received by the customer,gauradian,security gaurd,friends,relatives,reception cannot be returned back at what so ever may be the condition.

Shipping Policy :

Normal Delivery :

All Order are delivered between 10 am till 7 pm in normal delivery time.We will try to deliver product as per custoner prefered delivery time but there is no exact time commitment for delivery in this time spam.

Morning Delivery :

  If customer requires the items to be delivered in morning then customer has to select the morning delivery in checkout , the order will be delivered anytime before 10:00 AM.We request customer to take prior confirmation in written format before selecting the morning delivery.This service may not be available for address out of city or some delivery negative areas.

Night Delivery :

If customer requires the items to be delivered in Night then customer has to select the Night delivery in checkout , the order will be delivered anytime between 7 Pm till 10 PM.We request customer to take prior confirmation in written format before selecting the Night delivery.This service may not be available for address out of city or delivery negative area.

Mid Night Delivery :If customer requires the items to be delivered in Mid-Night then customer has to select the Mid-Night delivery in checkout , the order will be delivered anytime between 10:00 PM to 01:00 AM.However we will try to deliver it sharp 12:00 AM.We request customer to take prior confirmation in written format before selecting the Mid-Night delivery.This service may not be available for address out of city or delivery negative area.

Exact Delivey timings are not gaurenteed and will be delivered in respected time slot as selected by customer.

Substitution Policy :

If any product you have ordered is not available for delivery on your requested delivery date and delivery address , it may be substituted with next best available flavour , color , shape , size.
