Refund Policy

1-Same day orders needs faster processiing due to lack of time for production and delivery, hence same day order will not consider for refund.

2-For refund, customer should email us on cakenflowrorder@gmail.com at least 24 hours before. Any reuest on call or SMS will not consider for refund.

3-Refund is a subject of banking process hence it can take upto 12-15 banking days.

4-Refunded amount will restore in same mode which was selected by customer on the time of purchase.

5-If refund request raised by customer, in this condition customer will receive amount after deduction of TDR charges of gateway company.

6-If refund request raised by The Cake Xpress™, in this condition customer will receive full amount refund.
